用途与简介：

本生产线由全自动理瓶机、直线式灌装旋（轧）盖机、、立式贴标机组成，可完成理瓶、灌装、旋（轧）盖、贴标打码等工序，主要用于大剂量溶液的联线生产.

Brief Introduction：

This filling line is consisted of the  Autpmatic Bottle Unscrambler, Linear Filling & Capping Machine and Vertical Labeling Machine. It can do Unscrambling bottle,filling,capping and labeling,be,mainly be used in the big volume liquid filling production.

特点：

1/理瓶机系设计，*取代手工，符合GMP规范。  

2/直线式灌装旋（轧）盖机操作便捷、灌装精准、可选择不同的生产速度。

3/立式贴标机采用PLC及步进电机控制，贴标精准，效率高，有热打码。
